Server Patch Management
The Server Patch Management Add-On integrates a complete management solution to simplify the rollout, monitoring and reporting of regular Windows updates.
The solution is based on SCSM, SCCM and the myOperations Portal, offering simple, centrally defined configurations as well as user-based front-end integration within the myOperations Portal.
All technical workflows or advanced configurations required by the solution are delivered with the add-on and preconfigured.
In the near future, the Patch Management module will also be available separately from SCSM and SCCM – just contact us!
The Change Management Add-On offers a useful extension for the simplification of necessary interactions for all IT employees in your organization – and is very easy to use in the front end of the myOperations portal. To bring transparency into the change management process, additional information, such as a change calendar, is integrated directly into the front-end solution.
The Asset Management Add-On enables the integration of basic tasks related to Asset Management and its interactions. All integrations are directly accessible via the myOperations Portal, i.e. you can search for assets via the global search module and display and edit details directly. To make integration more convenient, Access-related configurations are based on the simplified user role model integrated in the myOperations Portal.
The Service Designer Add-On offers the possibility to easily configure IT services and their connections to all forms of technically based IT assets, such as servers, database instances, databases, storage components, network components, etc. Any IT service model can be imported into SCSM and SCOM for monitoring purposes. The models are also presented in a user-friendly way directly in the myOperations portal, where they can be edited.
