Incident Management

Details about incidents are presented in an appealing and simple user interface. Interactions relating to the given context can be performed in an intuitive and simple manner. Also, interactions can be extended without additional programming and also depend on the scope of the user role. For example, end users cannot see interactions intended only for IT users (service desk staff, administrators).

Service Request Fulfillment

This feature offers a flexible presentation of service requirements – displaying categories and allowing the integration of decision trees. We provide you with a lot of new opportunities and of course have integrated the standard service offerings that you probably know and are used to.


Notifications can be displayed directly in the myOperations Notify client via System Tray integration. Custom IT messages are directly routed to configurable recipients via pager. IT administrators will enjoy a wide range of additional routing options.

User Roles / User Management

All access rights in the portal are usually provided by the standard user roles of the SCSM. Additional, simplified user roles can be integrated to differentiate between multiple usage scenarios in the portal. These include views and interactions, as this is often a necessity in more demanding scenarios.

Knowledge Base

Knowledge articles from the SCSM database can be viewed directly in the portal, including rich content, such as images or formatted text. Articles in the portal can be accessed in different ways: using the global search function, the associated services and offerings or directly via the navigation menu.


For this release, we have created a completely new framework, allowing the integration of various IT user roles and perspectives with all their specific needs into the portal. Third-party extensions or other existing customizations can be integrated into the portal without additional programming.


The relevant configuration options for the myOperations Portal are stored completely centrally as XML files, so that administrators can easily view and manage these settings.
