The myOperations Portal is an add-on for the Microsoft System Center Service Manager, providing a flexible and complete alternative for the SCSM Self-Service Portal! Via the portal, users can interact with the appropriate information, such as resolving tickets, completing individual activities, or launching new requests for user-based assets and devices. IT administrators can send notifications to all users directly to the desktop with a custom notification agent. There are endless options for customizing the portal for any use case, as custom actions for work items or configuration items can be realized without additional programming.
Enterprise add-ons provide comprehensive functionality for other IT processes and requirements. The myOperations Portal can be extended by three additional functions: Change Management, Asset Management and the Service Designer. The add-ons are separately available – you only pay for what you need!
