The myOperations Portal is an add-on for the Microsoft System Center Service Manager, providing a flexible and complete alternative for the SCSM Self-Service Portal! Via the portal, users can interact with the appropriate information, such as resolving tickets, completing individual activities, or launching new requests for user-based assets and devices. IT administrators can send notifications to all users directly to the desktop with a custom notification agent.
