The myOperations Service Designer allows you to easily configure and document (IT) services and their connections to all forms of IT assets such as servers, database instances, databases, storage components, network components, applications, services, etc. Any IT service model can be imported into the System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) for monitoring purposes. The models are also displayed in a user-friendly manner directly in the myOperations portal and can be conveniently edited here. A synchronization to the System Center Service Manager (SCSM) is also possible.
